There are no sound alerts when using Netscape.

If you are using Netscape or Mozilla, you'll need to enable the wav sound in Quicktime.

  1. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel
  2. Double-click QuickTime
  3. In the drop-down menu, select Browser Plug-in
  4. Under Mine Settings, Check the box for Audio - WAVE audio file
